The Cat Osterman Experience

A multi-million dollar complex designed to provide the ultimate softball experience to girls, their fastpitch teammates, and their families. It is situated on a beautiful 40 acre site in Bellevue, Nebraska (the third largest city in Nebraska located just 10 minutes outside of Omaha) in the ‘heartland’ of America.

This is the Place, that offers a “stay-n-play” Invitational Softball Tournament not found anywhere else in the world. At no other time in the history of girls Softball has there been an Invitational Softball Tournament like the Cat Osterman Experience, with its unique softball atmosphere. It is here, that teams each week from the U.S. and Canada come to stay while they learn and compete and where the softball greats of today meet and inspire the softball greats of tomorrow! It’s this experience that will allow you and your teammates the opportunity to meet and learn from Cat Osterman and/or one of her Olympic teammates.

...Being a part of History! Each player and coach will be immortalized as they are inducted into the prestigious United States Girls Softball Hall of Fame. As a part of the closing ceremony, you and your team members will be awarded the coveted United States Girls Softball Hall of Fame bracelet and pendant, while being granted membership into this distinguished Softball Club. Regardless of outcome, all Cat Osterman Experience participants share this great honor.

...Staying in the exclusive Champions Village reserved for players and coaches only. Each week 32 teams and close to 500 players from across the country will share this truly unique experience, where each team will be assigned their own team clubhouse. Team members and coaches will share meals at the All-Star dining pavilion professionally catered just for you. Live your dream and make lifelong friends from across North America.

...Playing a minimum of 8 games on softball fields designed especially for girls softball. The staff at the Cat Osterman Experience has selected only the best of the best for the Hall of Fame Fields, from the outfield grass to the Diamond Pro infield mix. Our crew researched and received input from players and coaches alike in order to create a world-class playing surface. Each batter’s box and pitcher’s circle is bricked and clayed, giving each player the ultimate hitting and pitching surface. At the Cat Osterman Experience, it’s all about you.

...Relaxing with your teammates and new friends while watching a movie on a giant outdoor movie screen, hanging out in your air-conditioned team clubhouse as you get ready for your next game, playing an assortment of electronic games at the Players Grill and Arcade, cooling down on the 3-story ‘BIG HIPPO’ water slide, listening to a live DJ or catching a comedy routine under the All-Star Pavilion. Still hungry? Get a pizza, milk shake, soda or any number of other goodies at the afterhours Players Grill open nightly till 10 pm.

This is your invitation to register for the summer of 2010 to play softball at the Cat Osterman Experience. Total All-inclusive Package per player/coach as stated below (Minimum Team Requirement 11 players 3 coaches)

Umpire Options

A) Bring your own: Umpire stays free, free Cat Osterman Experience umpire uniform, inducted into the USGS Hall of Fame
B) COE Provides Umpire: Team pays a one-time fee of $295, due with final installment on March 1, 2010.

Cat Osterman Experience Entrance Fee Schedule

Initial deposit due at registration: $200.00
Nov. 10, 2009: $1500.00 second installment (required if team is placed in a week).
March 1, 2010: Final balance due (guarantees placement in the Cat Osterman Experience).
When your registration form and deposit are received, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail, or waiting list placement e-mail.

Initial $200 deposits payable only online via Visa and Mastercard. Deposits are refundable prior to November 10, 2009.
